I am Chick-Fil-A's biggest fan, but today was my first time eating here at the Montgomery mall and I was disappointed. The chicken was over fried as well as the waffle fries. However, the lady who placed my order was very sweet and nice.

This isn't a review about their food as I love Chick-Fil-A. This is a review of this particular location. This is the closest Chick-Fil-A from my home. And it's in arguably the worst mall in America. But that won't stop me from saying that I'm a fan of this location. There's no drive-thru so no tricky parking business to worry about since there's a ton of parking outside. The line inside can be long at this place but which Chick-Fil-A isn't? The longest I've had to wait was about 10 mins so that's pretty long but bearable. Service at this place is exemplary, just like all the other ones I've visited. Not much to complain about except because it's always so busy, to get water refills, you might have to wait a few minutes. Also, they're sharing the food court with some other fast food restaurants so don't be surprised if they hassle you with free samples and such. Oh, also, you might not find a table if this place is busy because I believe the only reason people come to this mall is to eat at the food court since the stores here suck. Parking: Large mall parking Price: Chick-Fil-A prices Wait: None to 10 mins in line

It is a new place.. Looks clean and appealing from the outside though it's a scam. They built this place with out of state workforce. The place will likely break down soon. Do they ever think about helping the community out by hiring local contractors? They claim to be apart of the community though there another company who just cares about there profits then your community. Poor poor chick-fil-a. Got local labor?????

Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad organization. No one has a set job to do. Therefore, nothing gets done. Our order was so messed up. Don't get me started on the milkshake situation. I'm not fond of the food court set up and would much rather visit a stand-alone establishment.
